ibonekoenDay 7 - A major story location
Breaking character for this to say that the majority of the story takes place in Zander and Joseph's townhouse, and the guys have both already talked about it. Is that cheating? Maybe a bit. Whoops. >_>
Day 8 - A character's parent(s) or guardian
Heyyyyyyyyyyyy, it's Zander again. So, neither Joseph nor I really wanted to write this segment, but I drew the short straw, so here we go. Today, I'll be talking to you about my parents, Jonah and Karen Bancroft. It's been a really long time since I've talked about them at all, so bear with me. This might be a little hard. You see, my parents died when I was twelve. It was one of those unsolved double murders.
Joseph and I know what -- or should I say, who -- killed my parents though: a vampire.
I should probably back up and tell you some happy things about them, right? My parents decided to wait to have kids. They got married in 1983 but my sister Zora and I weren't born until three years later. My mom was 30, Dad was 29. I guess they wanted to have a few years to themselves before they got tied down with kids. Mom also said they wanted to save up money too, so that's pretty responsible, right?
I would say that pretty responsible described Dad pretty well. Mom was the zany one. She encouraged Zora and me to always use our imaginations and came up with fun games for us. Dad was a little more strict than Mom too. You could ask Dad if you do or have something and he'd say no, but if you went to Mom and asked her for the same thing, she'd wink and say sure.
Wow, talking about my parents is apparently harder than I thought. I started this hours ago and this is all I have written. I just miss them. Joseph's taken great care of me, becoming my guardian and basically raising me, but you know, I wish I had my parents back.
